In early access but sold over 5.5m copies so up there with many successful AAA releases. Overwhelmingly Positive rating on Steam!

Out of early access, 1.0 release due out this year. I've personally poured over 250 hours into this game.

Satisfactory is a first-person open-world factory building game with a dash of exploration and combat. Play alone or with friends, explore an alien planet, create multi-story factories, and enter conveyor belt heaven!

Construct
Conquer nature by building massive factories across the land. Expand wherever and however you want. The planet is filled with valuable natural resources just waiting to be utilized. As an employee of FICSIT it’s your duty to make sure they come to good use.

Automate
Construct your factories with gracious perfection or build intricate webs of conveyor belts to supply all your needs. Automate trucks and trains to reach your faraway outposts and be sure to handle liquids properly by transporting them in pipes. It’s all about minimizing manual labour!

Explore & Exploit
Venture on expeditions to search for new materials and be sure to put everything to good use. Nature is yours to harvest! You have vehicles, jetpacks, jump pads and more at your disposal to make the exploration easier. Equip the proper safety gear as well, just in case you run into the local wildlife.

Check out the Youtube channel "Let's Game it Out" for him playing Satisfactory. Very, very entertaining.

Would love to play this on my Steam Deck but heard it doesn’t run well

Coming to Switch they announced it on the 1st...

Sadly they seem to have taken the video down now...

It does run on steam deck but the game is pretty demanding and there are no official gamepad controls yet so I don't recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic game. Sunk 100+ hours into it and can’t wait to start over after 1.0. At this price it’s a steal.

Next big update IS 1.0, hence, most likely it will increase in price. Although this game is worth every penny - if anyobe wants to save - now is a best moment

Considering buying a Second copy just to support the devs. I use Steam more. (owned on epic as initially an Epic exclusive).

900 + Hours of game time into this and not an avid gamer.

Playerbase will be lower at present as many players waiting for 1.0 release before starting from scratch.

Best Dev team and communication in early access from any game I have played from the initial launch.

    As an FYI:-
If you play multiplayer, my experience is the multiplayer is it's a bit of a pain when I've connected to a friend on epic.
I can log in with epic, but it always forgets my login, so I have to relog and wait for the epic 2fa email. I can connect with the session ID but that changes each time we play, and if you switch between the two methods it counts as two different characters in game so items aren't shared, you'll be in two different locations and whichever on you aren't using will be in the world and block you building on their location.

Anyone playing this on a 4060 laptop @ 1080p? Wondering how it runs. I think my gf would spend an untold amount of hours in this!

I'm not, but that would run the game just fine.

Amazing offer 200+ hours in this game!

Amazing game. One of the most polished games I've played, no crashes, no bugs, nothing. How this is still "early access" is beyond me. Absolute bargain at this price, can easily sink hundreds of hours into the game right now, and the devs keep adding more and more

Their recent video covered this pretty well, they consider it still an Alpha build as it's not yet what they consider feature complete. There's gonna be a closed beta soon and 1.0 is scheduled for this year.

One of the best games ever made. I have over 1000 hours

Already got two copies and 1000+ hours. Most of those hours were on a 5820k and GTX 1070 with a fairly big factory (4k machines, 300km belts, 100k structural) so modern systems should be fine.

If this game appeals to you, and you have a decent PC, just go ahead and buy it.

400 hours in for me and can't wait for v1, bargain.

Damn, might be time to finally get this game! I'm in the middle of Rebirth, and I bought Dragon's Dogma 2 which needs playing...but it'd be cool to celebrate the new 4k gaming monitor with a game I've contemplated buying at least 20 times over the past few years. It looks colourful....and it's FP perspective, so I probably need to get it so I can test this screen out, right? That sounds about right.

    Never heard of it

Yeah I do find it interesting it's not covered much by the gaming media. I guess it's because it's early access although in a lot of cases it's more complete than some AAA releases.

Everyone has heard of Alan Wake 2 but that has only sold 1.3m copies compared to this game's 5.5m! (edited)

Would it work on rog Ally? if someone knows ?
    Valor's avatar
Probably the early game would be fine. The late game scales and makes even decent systems chug. You can mitigate this by spreading your factories out.

10/10, 200 hrs+ in and expecting 1.0 (due late this year) will only continue to increase the perfection

After reading all the positive comments here I decided to go for it.
This is an amazing game and feels like it has endless possibilities. Even feels fun just scratching the surface and messing around. Just enjoyable no matter the level it's played at.

Amazing game. I've been playing on and offer for a long time, its easy to sink hours of you life into this and still pine for more. It seems a simple concept but there is so much to do.
