The lack of a breakdown of the individual ingredients on the panel would put me off.

    Heres what copilot says
    Ingredients:
    Muscle Fuel Matrix - 3050mg
(Beta Alanine, Creatine Monohydrate, Citric Acid)
    Circulatory Boosting Blend - 1150mg
(L-Citrulline Malate 2:1, Arginine AKG, Citrus Bioflavonoids)
    Caffeine - 125mg
Beta Alanine: The typical daily dose for beta-alanine ranges from 2,000mg to 5,000mg.
Creatine Monohydrate: The standard daily dose for creatine monohydrate is around 3,000mg to 5,000mg.
Citric Acid: Citric acid is not typically used for muscle fuel but rather as a flavor enhancer
L-Citrulline Malate 2:1: The effective dose for L-citrulline malate is usually around 6,000mg to 8,000mg.
Arginine AKG: The optimal dose for arginine AKG is not well-established, but it’s often used in combination with other ingredients. The amount here is relatively low.
Citrus Bioflavonoids: These are generally not dosed specifically for circulatory benefits but may contribute to overall health. The amount included is minimal.
