Cheapest I could find, should last a lifetime.

Edit these are the smallest in the range that will work on both copper pipe compression nuts (24mm and 32mm) - very important for plumbing.

Also have a chrome finish to help corrosion incase your tools get wet.

I've got these in this size 180. Stopped using adjustables. They are pricey but like others have said if you look after them, they'll last a lifetime

    Knipex are great tools.

I don't even need these but I'm still tempted as that's a great price.

I took the plunge because quality tools like this never go below a threshold so £2odd saving cheaper than I've ever seen... Might as well do it

Would recommend you keep an eye on German Amazon as they often go down to a price that is very good even with paying postage. Ive got 80% of my knipex from German amazon

I've come close to buying some of these quite a few times in the past year or so and always held back due to the price.
Have now bitten the bullet and ordered these as every review I see is v good.
Thanks for the heads up op

Me and you both mate, those that know what these are probably have a spanner and wrench in their tool kit and suspect have gotten curious to how well the "ratchetting" mechanism will work in practice.

Absolutely amazing tool. I carry this size with me all the time at work. Been using them every day for almost four years. They're still as good as when I got them. The 250s are probably the best all round size. But these are easy to carry round and do 90% of what I need. Can't recommend them enough. I got them originally for doing armoured cable glands where we couldn't use normal grips that leave marks. The flat jaws on these don't mark glands or fasteners. The thing that's less obvious is the amount of grip they have when set correctly. (edited)

Tell me about it hahaha unfortunately not though it's either a plumbers tool or someone that doesn't want to rattle around a toolbox searching for the right size spanner out of a full spanner set/adjustable wrench set like the bahco deal currently on hukd (and happy to pay the premium for that)
