sorted byI see lot of fitness influencers, including Andrew Huberman, advocating salty water first thing in the morning.
The only problem with this stuff is that it (obviously) tastes of salt. Other alternatives, such as zero tablets, dont but are massively more expensive. i drink mine with a small amount of cordial to take the edge off the taste.
This stuff is pointless.
Squash with this is no different than Gatorade/Powerade and considerably cheaper.
Of course, if you'd prefer to bulk buy the raw ingredients then be my guest, but this is a cheap and convenient way to get potassium and magnesium. Compare how much it'd cost for a Gatorade or a banana per serving. (edited)
I personally think this is garbage but I understand it might be okay for some
The question is, is it better than adding salt or potassium salt to your water?
