    The Kino Lorber version of this is usually touted as the best 4K version, but is more expensive. Kino did some tidying up including removing the God awful and incorrect yellow hue the last restoration (and this 4Kult version) had.

    Yes the Kino is slightly better. Worth pointing out that this Italian 4K is the Italian cut so longer than the Kino theatrical 4K. Ive got both. Kept the old extended cut on Blu-ray as thats a different cut again!

    Good deal.
    I've got this. It's still not brilliant but it's the best you'll see. Especially as they managed to deal with the heavy use of teal that ruins the bluray (edited)

    The spirit of the American Wild West - captured on film by an Italian, on locations in Spain, using money from Germany. Plus the music by another Italian.

    But I love the trilogy.

    Yep! The trilogy and Once Upon a Time in the West are the best Westerns of all time hands down for me.

    I've lost count of how many times I've seen this film either at the cinema or via buying the various formats for home viewing but I don't believe I've seen this extended cut so here I go again!

    Love it - my joint favourite film of all time along with Leone's other masterpiece, "Once upon a time in the west", the 4k uhd of which I'm eagerly waiting for on pre order. It's going to be a good month coming up...
