We went to John Lewis Southampton at Christmas for a golden ticket event. Utter waste of time. We were given a handful by the lovely till lady, who apologised for them and their waste of time. The best we got was something like £5 or £10 off a large spend and that was for a future return there, like a couple of weeks after.
We binned them. Maybe this event is much better and the best of luck, but we won’t bother.
If it benefits you then, why not, but don’t expect huge rewards.

Yayyy, I won £5 on my Golden Ticket.
Looks like there's no minimum spend, though can't try until the 8th.

You can earn 2 golden tickets, a digital one for an online purchase, and a physical scratch card one for an in store purchase.
I bought a £5 JL gift card and was given a scratch card in store.
