Brilliant offer on here for the remainder of the bank holiday weekend - 12 months completely unlimited gym access for just £120.

The normal price with this gym chain is incredible amyway, at £199 a year, and they even normally have offers of £150 a year (which I took advantage of last year), but this £120 is better still!

Very much in the vain of Puregym/The Gym Group etc, the gym grants you 24/7 access, which really is useful for when you're looking to avoid the more conventional amd busier gym hours

Do not underestimate this warning. Other than that. Do what you want! This company is the absolute pinnacle of scumbag operations. They are literally the most devious business I have ever dealt with and it took me about 5 months to get my money back and this was after going to stage-1 of the FCA. To even link PureGym and Gym group into the description is also disgraceful--both of which are highly credible and reputable businesses.

Whoa calm down amigo, I've been going to the one in Liverpool for 5+ years and have absolutely nothing bad to say about them, which really isn't something I can say about Gym Group from my personal experiences sadly, but they're all obviously mine and your own individual experiences.

Curious to hear what's happened with yourself though and what branch in particular, as that might be more useful than just painting them all with the same brush

There was a gym on Bath Street in Glasgow a number of years ago which suddenly started offering heavily discounted deals to pay upfront for the full year. They had employed dozens of people to roam the city centre streets promoting it, did a massive drive on campus to get students to sign up, etc., got absolutely shedloads of signups, and within about 3 weeks they went bust and no one got their money back! The premises was subsequently occupied by Glasgow's first PureGym, which is still there. Clearly they were well aware of their impending bankruptcy and it was a complete scam! I don't know anything about 247 Fitness, but I would be very wary about paying a year's gym membership upfront to any but the absolute most established and reputable gyms.

Just use a credit card, you’ll be refunded under section 75. Same thing happened to me, gym closed after 6 months. Got a full refund of my payment so effectively got 6 months of free gym.

As someone else has said regarding these, check out the trust pilot reviews, our gym down here in Birmingham suddenly closed without notice (edited)

When a website's front page is covered in AI art, that's a big no from me

Don't get good reviews on trustpilot, if you trust trustpilot.

Wouldn't touch this with a barge pole. Gym near me shut down and I never saw my money again.

Just remember theres a good chance these go under and you can’t use them after 3 months. Then spend 5 years getting your money back.
