Anybody recommend where to get good value replacement good value filters ? I am happy to buy a quantity. Use this everyday and highly recommend water is smoother and tastes different to regular tap water. HEAT

rubbish design. always struggle to close the cover tightly. also the jar cracked at the top. On the other hand you can replace the damaged parts if you keep the receipt.

Cheap plastic that breaks around the handle after a while.

Be careful not to drop the inner liner that holds the filter. I contacted Brita for a replacement but they wouldn't give one or sell one.

So I switched to Aqua Optima on eBay.

so tested this against my zero water filter hoping i would use this to save a little money on filters. Using TDS meter my tap water reads 286 PPM, using this brita filter the reading is 256 ppm, i was expecting more than a 30 ppm drop. I comparison my zero water filter reads 000 ppm. This brita is totally useless for my needs I think it does very little in removing impurities other than chlorine which does improve the taste. its going back. (edited)
