Went to the one in Southampton recently, £5 for two games.

Place is falling apart. Almost to the point I’d rather pay full rate for decent lanes and bowling balls that don’t look like they were previously owned by Fred Flinstone.

100% agree with you & amazed that they have excluded Southampton from this offer infering they don't need to run these offers at this "premium" site!

Not a bad price. Worked for Ten Pin for years and with inflation these days, this is a bit of a bargain! And the burgers (mega-burgers) were deelish!

What is bowling? Can I do it from home?

Nope. you need lots of machinery and enough space for a bowling lane

Can anyone explain "1 game of bowling" please? e.g. If I want to book it for my child only, then do I need to buy 1 game only or another for myself too because I need to take my child there and go in with him? If only 1 game, then he would be playing on his own or they get mixed up with someone else? I understand a "game" is where you compete with someone else, but as it's school holidays, it's just some activity I am thinking about to pass the time rather than the competion
