    It clearly states Brand - Generic so don't be fooled thinking that it is a genuine Apple accessory. These leads are no better than the ones found in Pound shops.

    I think I read somewhere Apple tried to argue that Lightning cables were faster/ better than USB-C and should not be forced to adopt USB-C as standard - unsurprisingly they lost that fight.

    Very poor quality. I bought a few when first listed (erroneously) as MFI / Apple approved.
    They work briefly but failed within weeks.
