Shorter dry braking and improved dry handling due to Dry Handling Technology
Reduced deformation of the tire during heavy maneuvers through strong crown & shoulder blocks.
Aqua Control Technology provides aquaplaning resistance for the full life of the tyre
Lifetime Aqua Plaining Resistance. Over time grooves evolve to continuously ensure water dispersion.

    The website states the following:

Please Note: Vector 4 Season Tyres must be fitted in sets of four unless the vehicle already has the same variant of Vector 4 Season Tyres fitted.

Is this true or Costco being overzealous? (edited)

its because the all weather tyres will grip much better than say summer tyres in cold wet conditions so may induce minor/major understeer or oversteer dependant on the dimensions and weight of the vehicle the drivetrain and the orientations of the tyres eg 4seasons on the front in a long wheelbase rear wheel drive car could more easily induce oversteer.

so as Costco is an American company the legal team probably decided best to avoid the situation where someone can attempt to sue them for failing to protect them from their own stupidity, or perhaps they have been sued for similar reasons already in the past?

Damn, I got excited but then I realised they were 225 not 245 it's never my size in those deals and I thought I hit the jackpot for one, but meh...

Edit: Scratch that my size works out at only £105 per corner with the £80 discount. BARGAIN! (edited)

    Same! Never any 235/45/19s either.

Bought a full set of these recently, very good tyres, would recommend

Anyone know if you can just buy the tyres and pick them up, or do Costco insist on fitting them?
    crookusmaximus's avatar
Conditions are you have to have them fitted.

    If it has, try Halfords.

They have 10/15% off Goodyears which brought a pair of these, in a different size, in at a similar price to this deal.
