Just for anyone who is interested, I scanned this bar, Grenade bars and lots of other protein bars with an app called Yuka which gives a score out of 100 based on a range of health considerations like saturated fat content, additives that are know to be more risky, sugar level and all sorts of stuff.

The Grenade Oreo bar scored 7/100 (BAD) and this Lux scored 72/100 (Good). Most other protecin bars/cookies/flapjacks I looked at were in the bad category too. Although these dont taste as nice as the grenade bars they are perfectly fine tasting in my opinion, and appear to be a healthier option. I wouldnt say I enjoy these but they are inoffensive in taste and give you that 20g of protein if you need a quick boost. (edited)

Pretty good to know, thanks! I imagine it's because these are more oat based. Grenade bars are literal synthesised protein and polyol gloop... so that checks out

Using the code APP60 will discount it down to £12 instead of £14.99

    Can you code stack?

    Orange are decent.

For what it's worth, I managed to apply both TUES2 and APP60 codes to get 24 bars for £12!

Applied TUES2 first, then APP60. Then got informed that "TUES2 can't be used with existing discounts", but I still received (and was able to check out with) the discounted price.

Free shipping thanks a previous purchase of BW+.

Flavours aren't great (at time of purchase only birthday cake and chocolate mint are available) but at that price i'll take a punt at them (edited)

Thanks for this, I have just done exactly the same!

Good price but I did find these very hard unless you blast them in the microwave for a few seconds. Not the worst tasting though.

They taste horrible. Binned most of em.

Agreed +1. I had to give them away.

    These are the worst

Anyone tried choc mint or orange and if so are they any good? (edited)

Difficult to say as taste is so subjective. I have the choc one and the mint choc. I would say they are very similar with the mint having a hint of mint throughout

Yea the orange is probably the best. They are no grenade bars but for the price can't go wrong

Seen this and thought of Mean girls.

Is the birthday cake flavour nice? I want the chocolate ones but they’re out of stock

It's not bad. Probably my favourite taste. As long as you keep in mind it's cheap protein bar.
Except if warrior bars are on sale. Then white chocolate cranberry, that's nice.

From a previous deal they had free delivery, so £12 for 2 boxes on next day.

I usually have these for breakfast, throw them in the microwave for 30 seconds and eat with a spoon. Gets rid of that hard chewy texture.

These are terrible / inedible, I order x3 different flavours last time they were on offer, but no-one in my house could stomach them. had to give them away at work and even then the vast majority of my workmates complained how bad they are.

they basically contain no oats which is kind of the whole point of a flapjack.

Blueberry are great imo, especially in the microwave.

They honestly taste so bad. Avoid.
