    The Halfords Professional and Advanced tools are great, but this set isn't part of that range. I've not used them but they didn't look too great in the shop, just a generic cheap ratchet set. Two year warranty rather than the lifetime you get on the Advanced range!

    Then obviously you haven't seen this set, if I get time tomorrow I'll take a photo of both this and the Advanced professional 1/4" set I also own to show they are more or less identical. (edited)

    These are superb for the price.
    Also if you're a trade card customer they're only £11.92, I ordered one online last week for store pick up and when I collected it I went back and bought another.
    The quality is very similar to my other socket set that's in the Halford Advance range but these apparently only have a 2 year warranty unlike the Advanced lifetime guarantee.
