This looks identical to the glue gun that I bought from The Range a couple of years ago, I think I paid around £5 for mine. I use it to temorarily glue bits of wood together for woodturning. No complaints considering how inexpensive it was.

Same here, never used one! How strong is the glue once set? Is it better than using superglue? Does it have specific uses it’s better suited to or can I glue the whole house?!
    Any info greatly appreciated (edited)

There is a mini one (7mm) you can pick up in Hobbycraft for £5 including two sticks.
Add on a 12 pack of sticks for an extra £2.

However the one in this deal is 11mm, which are in Hobbycraft for £10, so good deal. (edited)

I believe 11mm from Hobbycraft is 15W while this one is 25W! (edited)

I considered one of these and then went for epoxy resin, can't be too safe but heat anyhow
