30 day contracts at a very low price, if these guys are in your area (seems to be mostly down south) and you only want a short term contract, then these are some excellent prices, they also offer a social tariff at £13.99pm for 30mb, though the 50MB at £1.01 more here may be preferable
Fibre broadband to the green cabinet, situated on the street outside, or near your home. Old Copper cables from this cabinet then deliver internet to you at a much slower speed, impeding your service.
We don't use street cabinets; we bring full fibre broadband direct from the exchange into your home. Giving you an always on, speed of light service that you can rely on.
Ridiculously fast speeds We're not your average broadband providers, we offer ultrafast speeds of up to 1Gbps as standard.
Full fibre connectivity There’s no stopping at the street cabinet for us, we bring full fibre optic cabling right to your property.
Affordable packages We offer a range of speed and price options to suit any home or budget.
Flexible contract terms 4th Utility offers 30-day rolling contracts, giving you control over what broadband service you need, and when.
Hassle free installation We’ve been upgrading connectivity up and down the country so we’re absolute experts at what we do.
Symmetrical speeds We provide a connection with equal download/upload speeds which means no bottlenecks or buffering. Information
It's not available in my area, but it's a super hot deal Switchy, especially with those upload and download speeds.
Wish Virgin and Openreach networks do those symmetrical speeds. (edited)

Read that as data cap first not speed. 😳

Great deal. Looks like a community fibre copy from those logos and such

Heat, not in my area unfortunately but very good prices for rolling contracts

Unfortunately not in my area but would be ideal for me as I get the feeling a bunch of providers will start offering services very shortly so would have been good to get on a monthly contract until then.

It's a shame they only really supply high rise buildings

For reference for those looking but don't have it in their area - when I recently cancelled with virgin media broadband and then ignored their calls for a few weeks, once I picked up they offered me 250mps for £17 per month for the next 18months.

I did this but their retentions team wouldn't put me on Fibre but did offer me 500Mb for £32/month. I may call back and if they're willing to keep the price the same (doubt it) I'd sign up.

My building recently got connected to 4thUtility. Shame I still have 4 months to go with plusnet paying £28 for measly 64mbps download and 18mbps upload which I never get.
