    Been here recently, it's a good 4+ star, I can't honestly says it's true 5 star.

A la carte is cheap at €5pp and definitely worth doing. Beach is nice, as are the pools. Rooms spacious, not 5 star tho, good 4 star.

Food is very good, Egyptian wine is terrible, gin and vodka is bearable (AI doesn't include premium brands unless you pay extra).

Staff are great. AI finishes at 11pm unless you upgrade, which is early imo.

It's way out of Hurghada town, 35-40 mins by taxi, some off-road. So long as you want to stay in resort (which is safer anyway), you'll be fine.

Snorkelling is good in off their own pier.

The Egyptian culture of fleece you at every chance, while smiling intensely is an acquired taste.

Just a heads up that Eid is on 28th June and is a national holiday so expect closures for a couple of days if your planning to venture out

Don't venture out would be my advice.

Other than excursions, nothing really to venture out for. You'll be fine in the resort.

This has sister hotel with aqua park(you may have to pay possibly to access), Serenity Fun City Resort.

Snorkling in the sea is via a short jetty

I'm not sure I'd want to snorkel there...

We stayed in the sister hotel next door and visited this one every day, it is amazing. We went through eid and had no disruptions. (edited)
