They are £8.99 individually for 1kg in-store and online, but there is a hefty delivery charge.

The NSF23 code brings the individual price down by 23% to £6.92. Buy 6 bags and delivery is also free because you are spending £35+. You could also buy 5 bags and something small for >40p

Expiration date for mine was Jan 2024. Delivered by DHL in 3 days. Topcashback yields 4.25%

The next best price is £1.29 per 100g at Aldi and Lidl, so this is 46% cheaper! Since mangos are ~80% water content and 200g, this is the equivalent of buying 6kg/(200g*20%) = 150 mangos

I never big-up organic foods, but I find the sodium metabisulphite on this product, somewhat detracts from the overall taste..... in fact leaves an after taste in the mouth that's quite strange, so will stick to organic mango as full flavour experience.

Also, some people such as myself are intolerant to this ingredient sadly. It's in sooo many food items in the supermarket it's awful.

Please excuse the messy title of the post. It was changed by moderators from:
6kg of Dried Mango Slices for £41.52 delivered @ Grape Tree

    To this:
1kg of Dried Mango Slices for £6.92 W/code + Delivery / 6KG Dried Mango Slices £41.52 delivered W/code (UK Mainland)

It is a terrible deal if you're only buying just one bag online and paying for delivery. Also, sorry for forgetting to mention to the 0.5% of the population who do not live in UK mainland that extra charges apply.

I appreciate you listing it accurately! I'm sitting here reading through thinking, this is c.£13.50 for a kilo.

HUKD just attempting to make deals sound better than they are to achieve more clicks. Greyed out delivery charge too

Thanks for posting. Voted hot for you doing the title properly!

Personally I would buy 5kg and try and find something super cheap as only 39p is needed to get free delivery and then it would be a better price.

I added water for 59p or hand sanitiser for 50p.

    Maths:

    kg price per kg
    5 35.2 7.04
    6 41.52 6.92

Depends how much those pennies per kg matter to the overall price. (edited)

For a minute I thought you were suggesting rehydrating them with hand sanitizer. It'd make for a punchy fruit cocktail!

Love these. Its a bit like mango with most of the water removed. An acquired taste but I love it.

    "A bit" like dehydrated mango?

I bought different kinds nuts from them. Quality is average. Costco is slightly more, but has the top quality.

To rehydrate, simply empty all of the bags into the bath and leave overnight

Very good price - I just bought two large Mangos from the market for £3, I will slice and dry them once they are ripe, but it's not going to be even close to 1kg.

Oh, just noticed the extortionate delivery costs...

Thanks. I often buy 100g packs of this at Lidl for £1.25.

    I just bought 6kg for £41.53 which is £0.69 per 100g (45% cheaper).

    Ingredients says Sdoium metabisulphate
    Should be sodium metabisulphite

Crazy question, but had anyone tried to rehydrate anything like this?

I have, got the little device you can get from amazon. Circular device on rows that stack on each other, can be a bit of a pain as you got to slice it, leave it for many hours and set the temperature depending on whether it is fruit/veg/meat.

I guess its because they put over flavourings but I can never make it taste quite as nice as the store bought stuff.

They have a 10% new customer discount too, does this stack, or would you only be able to use one?
    finknottle's avatar
Why not try for yourself and find out?

Grape Tree sends out codes on a pretty regular basis and normally last 2 to 3 days. The most recent one AUG25 gave 25% a minimum spend of £50 but it ended yesterday. Your best bet is to get on their mailing list and they will send you the new codes as they come out. I only ever order stuff from them when they have 25% these days which works well for me as 25% off £50 qualifies nicely for free delivery (minimum spend £35)
