sorted byBlack Seed Oil had my acne under control in just 3 days. I would take a teaspoon and eventually up to a tablespoon a day and I would put a few drops on a cotton makeup pad and lightly apply to the acne lesions. I started off with Iman Black Seed Oil, then I discovered The Blessed Seed Strong Edition, currently I used Inspiriko brand. All these are available on Amazon and a bottle lasts ages.
I rarely ingest the oil anymore if I get any acne and it's usually around my nose area now I apply the Black Seed Oil knowing 100% that Acne is done for. So that's my recommendation. Initial cost is far more than this deal but the outcome for me is perfection (well not with a face like mine but you get the idea).
