    Hot - As a driving instructor I insist my pupils wear one of these when starting their driving lessons. If their heart isn't beating more than 65bpm then I know they are either cocky, medically unfit or a sociopath. Either way that's not good for my insurance so I politely let them walk home and the lessons over
