About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
Dobbies garden centres have put all seed packets from their own and branded ranges on 50% off. Prices quite dear to start with so not as cheap as the Wilko sale but a much larger range and in my local stores better stock levels at Dobbies.
Brands stocked are mainly Johnsons, Mr Fothergills and Thompson and Morgan plus some RHS instore. Thompson and Morgan have quite a lot of seeds on 89p on their own website and often do free delivery around bank holidays so worth checking there if a more expensive one.
If you have a Dobbies Club Plus account then it takes another 10% off reduced price so equivalent to 55% off plus you can use any of your vouchers (mailed out regularly) to get bonus points for future money off vouchers.
You can order online but the £5.95 delivery charge kills this a bit unless going for a large order (says free over £50).
Some example prices are Leeks Porbella seeds 49p (44p club plus) and spinach 77p (69p club plus).
Most of these seeds are too late to plant for this year but many can be kept for a few years before sowing. I've been told that parsnip and sweetcorn seeds don't last well so I avoid them.
