About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
This is really painful, as I bought these for £1499 a couple of weeks ago and now they have gone down to £1299. The Focal K2 Aria 926 is a special edition of the Aria 926. With this speaker you get a different colour grey and more importantly Aramid fibres sandwish cones, which are basically kevlar cones instead of the flax cones the normal 926 has. This is meant to improve the sound a bit, but I cannot confirm this.
I have to say that I am massively impressed by the K2 926. The sound is great and whilst some have said they do not have enough bass, I find that for a mid size room, they have more than enough. For those needing more bass, the Focal Aria 936 has also come down £200, to £1799: petertyson.co.uk/cle…ers
The original price of the The normal 926 is around £2399, with the exception being the White being sold by Sevenoaks sound and vision for £1199: sevenoakssoundandvision.co.uk/p-4…wcB
Discription
The Aria K2 926 bass-reflex loudspeaker is the 3-way benchmark loudspeaker in the Aria K2 range. Designed, developed and made in France in Focal’s workshops, it is equipped with the iconic K2 Power cone for an exceptional listening experience at home. Exclusive to Focal, this aramid fibre cone provides dynamic sound and high-power handling, as well as giving the loudspeaker lots of character.
Alongside its impressive performance, this loudspeaker boasts a modern design and an Ash Grey premium finish from the Utopia line! The front panel has been given an elegant leather-effect cover. Aria K2 926 is perfect for room sizes starting from 215.28ft2 (20m2), with a recommended listening distance of 9.84ft (3m). It enhances the pleasure of new listening experiences, with assertive and inimitable style.
K2 POWER CONE
With its trademark colour, Focal's aramid fibre sandwich cone is an exclusive from the brand whose impressive long-standing reputation precedes it. Combining the three key factors of a speaker driver (damping, rigidity and lightness), it ensures a pure and precise sound, with no colouration.
A WINNING COMBINATION
Aria K2 926 incorporates a combination of Focal technologies for a pure high-fidelity sound. The Focal PowerFlow multi-port system provides more impact. A floor-facing vent delivers yet more depth. Silky trebles come from the Aluminium/Magnesium TNF tweeter. Finally, the model's ultra-rigid MDF construction ensures low vibrations and outstanding neutrality.
PREMIUM FINISH
To enhance Aria K2 926, the designers have selected one of the finishes from Focal's ultimate Utopia III Evo line: the Ash Grey finish. A unique signature combined with a leather-effect front panel, for an even more refined, elegant look.
