S23 Ultra is listed there. S23U needs SFC2.0 at 45w, while the charger you suggested is only for SFC at 25w. There may be other models listed there, charging at 45w. Misleading if you ask me. Others list their charger saying it is compatible with S23U. Which is true, because it would charge it. However, Anker said 'supports PPS fast charging for S23U', which is a bit misleading.

I don't buy this style of charger anymore as I find it sticks out too much, especially if your lead isn't 90 degrees at the plug (angle not temperature lol) and instead buy the vertical entry ones. Probably ok in a low traffic area though.

Great find! It's a good deal considering it's from a reputable brand - and that the cable itself will cost at least £4 on it own. As a personal preference, I nowadays don't go for any charger with less than two ports.
