    That seems like a cool thing to have if you have frequent power cuts, or tow a caravan, or use power tools in the shed or in a field.

    I don't do any of that and I'd love one 😃

    I think it costs something like 33p per kWh and that thing is about 2kw, so it can hold about 75p of energy. That might go up, but if you got yourself a solar panel cheap on gumtree you'd have to charge it every day for six or seven years to break even. Beer mat maths makes me think I'd probably better have a need for it before buying one
