    Very good price but if you plan to use in a humid environment like a bathroom or to put wet shoes or boots on if using as a shoe rack, you would be advised to varnish/lacquer the wood

    The home bargains 2 tier version is rubbish. I've had 2, they both broke. They aren't connected with metal screws, it's built in plastic screws. Very flimsy. The 3 tier version is decent though.

    How tall are the shelves? Could you fit a hiking boot on them and in a size 10despite the listing saying maximum size of 8!? Thanks in advance.

    I don't see why the size of the shoe is relevant as long as it's not size 19.
    No reason why a hiking boot wouldn't fit on top. (edited)
