Not entirely related but is a hake a nicer fish compared to pollock
I like a more sea fish taste but on budget
I would say Hake is superior.

Much healthier than the ones without omega 3. They go really nicely with my Vitamin A peas and my Potato chips.

"Omega 3" , never heard of that fish? (In other words, this is marketing hype!)
Either way, these are expensive and you can get much cheaper own brand pollock fish fingers.
