    Not entirely related but is a hake a nicer fish compared to pollock
    I like a more sea fish taste but on budget

    "Omega 3" , never heard of that fish? (In other words, this is marketing hype!)
    Either way, these are expensive and you can get much cheaper own brand pollock fish fingers.
