Just collected it so here's a quick review...
Seems legit but with some quirks that may explain a few of the poor reviews.

Weighs 400g compared to my 10000 power bank that weighs 260g, so capacity could well be authentic.
Comes with a medium quality 50cm USB C-C lead and a rather generic instruction leaflet.

Charges my Samsung at 20W from the USB-C/PD output and 15W from the USB-A/QC output.
Charges from a PD charger or QC charger at 20W
In common with a lot of chargers if both outputs are used together it drops to 5V from each, though power isn't terrible, about 8W from each.

    Quirks as follows:
IMPORTANT If you press and hold the button for about 10s it seems to go into a kind of 'child lock' mode, with no power output and only 1 bar flashing when the button is pressed (the leaflet doesn't mention this!). But just connecting the power bank to a charger will cancel this.
If it's charging while connected to a charge source both the input and output drop to 5V with terrible power transfer, about 4W!
When I used the included cable with a USB A to C adapter on the USB-A output it didn't kick into QC mode but in all other respects the cable worked fine when used on the USB-C PD input/output.

Hope this helps, BTW from a quick google the airline limit for power banks looks to be 100Wh so you should be OK with this one. (edited)

Worth a go at this price, could always return it if it's really bad.

Customers like the quality of the power bank, mentioning it has a very powerful battery system. They say it lasts well and holds the charge well. However, some customers report issues with charging, saying it takes ages to charge and that the charging cable provided does not fit their phone. Opinions are mixed on weight.

The 1 star reviews are not very encouraging.

Anybody know if these are actually 20,000mAh?

I would recommend getting a smaller one (10,000mAh) if you want to travel, many airlines have a limit on power banks being upto 10,000mAh - many asian airlines inforce this, but not many in the EU.
    dcx_badass's avatar
No, the limit for airlines is 100Wh which is 27,000mah.

Unfortunately some people should not be let loose to use power banks as they can't understand how usb a and usb c ( plus different quality of cable's and their effects on charging)
