Details

Partnering with Xbox for an exclusive launch, Beoplay Portal will be the first ever product to bear the Designed for Xbox Limited Series-branding.

Proprietary technology allows for fast, wireless connection to Xbox-devices without any cables or dongles. An array of microphones ensures fast and clear communication through the virtual boom-arm.

Moreover, advanced battery technology allows for up to 12 hours of wireless gaming, and more than 30 hours of Bluetooth play time w/ ANC.

From a design perspective, the headband has two pillows on each side of the head to provide an off-centred pressure point to relieve stress on top of the head, while the lambskin ear cups protrude on the back of the cushions to avoid sound leakage and ensure ultra-high comfort and isolation for long hours.

Beoplay Portal will come in the colours Black Anthracite, Grey Mist and Navy. Game. On.

These are the best sounding headphones I’ve ever used. For music the are just truly astounding. It is also worth mentioning the noise cancelling isn’t that great.

This is a remarkably different review than I’d give - shocked how poor they were for music

You paid 450 for headphones and DIDNT buy sennheiser hd600/660 and a headphone amp. You were duped.

    Haha

In all seriousness 450 is to much..

The b&0 hx which I'm sure these were based upon are approx 300 so you paying 150 extra to connect to a console which you could have done with a Bluetooth transmitter (£20-£50) plugging In to the optical out I did this with ps4. Can do with Xbox too

Why do these say Xbox series x. Are they for Xbox use only or can be used on iPhone & ps5 etc via Bluetooth

They can connect to the Xbox, pc and phone via Bluetooth. They can't connect to the PS5 - there is a PS5 option but that's £450

be aware they are sold as an Xbox headset, but they have really bad connectivity problems, so much I returned mine, despite sounding great. Connected flawlessly over bluetooth however

Great sound for gaming however without a boom mic you will get kicked as the environmental pick up is pretty bad

I have been using the headphones with my PC via the XBOX windows adapter. I have been testing this morning and have found that playing games via Steam (old and new games) gives great results and sounds amazing!

However on all other launchers (Origin, Battlenet, GOG, Rockstar) I am getting cracking or even worse, noise cut outs. Something screwy going on.....

I fancy a set of these, 1 slight niggle is that they don't fold down like some headphones, what cases are owners using to transport them?
