I am not usually one to comment negative opinions, but I did purchase a BillyOh outbuilding a few years back and the quality was absolutely awful. They made it very hard to return and tried to charge £154 to return it. I argued and got it back in the end.

This was ordered from BillyOh directly though, so may be a different experience from Garden Buildings Direct. (edited)

I'm no builder, but 28mm tongue and groove sounds a bit thin for a structure this size?

Yes looks like to upgrade to 42mm with pressure treated timber is around £5.5k

I wouldn't go near their products. I had a shed from them many years ago. It was paper thin and I ended up spending more to make it sturdy. It was truly awful. I wish I had returned it.

We bought this in the 4x3m last year with 44m thick boards. It’s nice, however some of the notches were cut 1.5cm too short so we had to cut those ourselves. We had two warped(twisted) beams. One was for the back wall which could be sandwiched in the middle to straighten out but the other was the first board above the doorframe which was a real pain in the ass to straighten out. We had it delivered just before Easter weekend so there was no hope of getting in touch with them anyway. I would go into purchasing from them with caution.

You're looking at double this price for the upgrades required to make it usable all year round. Still not horrific value, but then it depends if you want UPVC windows or not as that increases the price substantially even more.

Buyer beware, read the reviews for BillyOh.......Oh No

I’ve had my Billy Oh 3m x 3m cabin in my garden for 10 years and it is as solid as the day I put it up. Mine is even thinner grade wood than this one. I bought the basic kit from Billy Oh and upgraded the felt at B&Q and the glass at my local glazers. I painted mine with Cuprinol Ducksback and like I say it is going strong 10 years later. I’d buy from the again.

Erm so because it was rubbish quality you have to replace a lot of the keys parts

Don’t buy from them the product it not what you see on the pictures. I got a shed last year paid £650 for it and it’s one of the worst sheds I’ve ever had to build. Had to buy cladding to make it more water tight. And felt they give u for the roof is so paper thin! Please do go near them!

    You mean don't?

As soon as you start to add pressure treated and 44mm thickness (which in my mind are a minimum for an outdoor wooden structure) the price double-up..

Did anyone else chuckle when they saw one main selling paint was "Roof included"

Didn't get that far, I started laughing at 'log cabin'

Absolutely shocking build quality and awful customer service. We ordered a playhouse, waited weeks beyond the delivery date and when it finally arrived the quality was horrendous, instructions limited, parts damaged and not fit for purpose. Avoid at all costs!

Have a billyoh shed which is ok but coming to the point I will replace it and build one from scratch simply because it doesn't stand up to the weather where we are.

I think the smaller structures in an urban area should be ok but agree these are a bit pointless as can't use all year round without upgrades. At which point you are better off paying a bit more and getting a sip kit.

Thought this was haven or parkdean at first

That looks too large for permitted development unless I'm mistaken, or is it different elsewhere.

BillyOh is garbage. I had a shed from them, panels arrived damaged and warped. Replacements were sent out, which were for different style of sheds. Took ages to get the correct panel delivered. A 3 walled shed is pretty much useless.
