Cooking Guidelines - General

Tastiest When Oven Baked Straight from the Freezer.

- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
- Do Not refreeze after defrosting.

Grill - From Frozen

  • Medium Grill 12 - 15 Mins
  • Pre-heat the grill
  • Turn over occasionally
  • Cook until crisp and golden

Oven cook - From Frozen

  • 230°C, Fan 210°C, Gas Mark 8, 12-15 Mins
  • Pre-heat the oven
  • Place on a baking tray in the top part of the oven
  • Turn over halfway through cooking
  • Cook until crisp and golden

Storage
Store in a freezer at -18ºC or cooler.

Safety Warning:

    Makes an easy tea.. for a midweek meal.

    I personally don't eat these.. but whenever I have my nephews over they love these in a butty with loadsa ketchup.. so no complaints there

    The description seems very careful NOT to say what type of "fish" it is, but I'm sure we can guess. Omega 3 isn't a breed of fish. Apparently Bird's Eye agree that Atlantic pollock isn't something to brag about either.

    Living in a fishing port , I get fish straight from the market so maybe biased in what fish should taste like.
