    Got excited before I realised its an ink jet.

    Agreed.
    Ink jet printers have high running costs.
    Also, they're prone to clogging if not used regularly.

    Therefore suitable for people who print frequently, but with a small number of pages in total ?

    Great printer at an even better price.............But it's INK JET!!! IMO, iwould not touch it.

    Not a bad printer (but not great either) that, according to Which?, Is VERY wasteful of expensive ink.

    My last HP inkjet, amazingly dense ink on the test page, just to waste ink so always tried to avoid

    I would say get a Epson eco tank it will work out cheaper in the long run even if you get the more expensive models
