What is the point of dosing up with this one amino acid? Buy a good BCAA powder instead. (edited)

A heads up for anyone who purchased this. The instructions say to use 1.5 scoops which should equal 3g, which means the scoop capacity is 2g. But it isn't, the scoop inside is actually 5g... so don't use 1.5 scoops or you'll be having 7.5g instead of just 3

If you’re using supplements it’s a good idea to get a urine and blood test from the doctors to make sure your body is handling it ok. I was taking one and my liver and kidneys weren’t processing it properly, so there were increased toxins in my blood and urine. Not really any symptoms, but if that went on for too long it would have been very harmful. Coming off the supplements brought the readings back to normal. If you’re unsure about how to approach the doctor to get the tests then say you are having difficulty peeing. That’s an automatic urine test and possibly a blood test. (edited)

Good call with tests, everyone should get them as a matter of course once in a while. Mind telling us what you were on? Or DM me?
