I use this, a bit pricier but lasts a lot longer. Contains better active ingredients, similar to what they add to premium fuels:

It added fuel economy to my van, for sure. Not so sure about its efficacy as a detergent for cleaning the engine but the active ingredient Polyetheramine is used by Texaco in their premium fuels. (edited)

This particular brand may be snake oil but there's plenty of additives out there that make a difference. I've seen it for myself and before you say it, I've driven the same for the last 5 years.
