    It's ok I don't have any trouble seeing it, beware though it's not a large display because it's based on the original. Back then they made sensible sized watches ! (edited)

    What do the four buttons on the front do? I can’t work it out from the Amazon page. It looks like they should be the teletext colour buttons, but this doesn’t have IR - are they just for show?

    They will be the standard light, and mode toggle buttons. 

    No date display so assume one is for toggling that too which would be a no for me and one review says it can’t do 24h.
