Is the top left button meant to be slightly more pushed in? I thought mine was slightly damaged

Yeah it will be pushed in more at that's the button to set the time. You don't want to press it by mistake. (edited)

I've heard a lot of casios are cheaper there. Customers pick them up off the shelves

Not seeing any UK vendors of this watch, but Great Watches (whose dot co dot uk URL makes it look like they're in the UK, but they're in Las Vegas) have this for £48.99 (no extra charges, as it says in their FAQs).

They don't typically supply the retail box, afaik, but it says for this one if you choose free shipping you'll get the Casio G-Shock box (maybe they mean a tin?).

(Edit: From this Unboxing video, seems it's a cardboard box, and then a tin )50346999-jTQj5.jpghttps://www.greatwatches.co.uk/pro…-wr

Never used this website, but the HUKDers who have mentioned it have praised them. (edited)

I bought mine from there. It didn't actually arrive with any tin/box despite saying so - just in a ball of bubble wrap and jiffy bag iirc. Not such a big deal with a G-Shock, but I might be reluctant to order anything more delicate from them!

Decent price. Worth spending a bit more for Tough Solar and Multi Band 6 though IMO.

Ouch, these prices... didn't the radio-time-receiving version use to be about this much..?

Yeah they used to sell for about £65 on Amazon/Argos 3-5 years ago. More like £90-£100 these days.

Good deal, but personally I wouldn't buy a G-Shock without solar.

Why does the title on amazon say women's watch?

Same reason the 2nd and 3rd images show a caseback from a different watch, they're terrible at the details

The caseback on the DW5600e is pressed, not milled, for anyone wondering what I'm on about

What is going on? Weren't these like a fiver back in the day from Argos?

No, in the 80s the RRP was around 49.99 and often reduced to around 34.99 for the DW5200 and DW5600c, but that was when they had a metal chassis and screwback behind the bezel rather than these lighter plastic models.

You'll be thinking of the F91w (edited)

A good price for a good watch but i would be inclined to pay the extra and go for the GW-M5610u. Tough solar and multi-band 6
