The famous G-Shock Square with all the features. Negative display is style over substance as can be hard to read. But still an amazing time piece with atomic sync and solar powered features that set it apart.

Cheap as I've seen it recently. Out of stock but you can order and I know from experience they usually restock in a week or two.

Had this for a while. The display is hard to read at times and definitely not good for those with poor sight.

On my recent travels the watch has not been able to pick up the local time continuously displaying an error despite showing L3 for the connection strength.

My go to now is bluetooth capable and tough solar combination. While I appreciate the longevity may be an issue with watch no longer being supported in the distant future, the convenience of being able to change/adjust the functions of the watch from your phone is simply unreal. You can of course use the watch without the bluetooth feature.

You can still order for this price. They restock quickly.

Basically - in my experience - it only falls to this price on Amazon when out of stock. So this is ironically the best time to buy. (edited)

How's the negative display on this? I tried the GW-B5600BP-1ER and didn't like it at all.

I had to return mine yesterday as without the light it’s very very difficult to read the time

I have one of these and one with a normal display. The negative looks cool but it's awkward to read except in bright light/daylight. I'm going to flip mine asap.

I have one too  the solar is harder to read than the non solar   Theres a ghost reflection at certain angles  but still 100x better than the negative display

What's the point of an expensive watch these days? You'll be worried it gets scuffed, knocked, or nicked. I know, design can be impressive, but the Chinese copy that impressive design down to a T these days too 🤪

Have this in a rose gold bezel and strap. Never really had issues reading the time.
