    Very reliable module on this and extremely light on power consumption, so without sunlight this model will keep going longer than most... Multi band also a huge advantage

    My 2 favourite features. Solar (so no batteries) and radio controlled (so bang on the button accurate). To be honest I prefer the multiband radio controlled rather than the newer app controlled bluetooths as the accuracy seems better and never ever seem to run out of power. By contrast my modern Casio dies if I keep it covered by my fleece sleeve all day after a couple of weeks.

    solar gshocks still use a battery, and will require a change when the battery does not hold a good capacity.

    Mine must be 10yrs old now and still going like day one.
    It's my everyday watch vs an edifice solar radio model for occasions.
    I keep looking at watch deals but no need for another yet.

    I paid £69 for this on Amazon - and by far one of my favourite watches, solar has lasted on it through out the winter with it being in storage.
