Returning Unwanted or Faulty Goods

If you would like to return unwanted or faulty items to Cath Kidston, you’ll need to do so within 28 days for a refund.

1. Start by filling in the returns label which came with the order.
2. Repack the order if necessary and place the label into the parcel.
3. Apply the returns sticker.
4. Take it to the Post Office and ask for a proof of purchase receipt.
5. Address the parcel to:
