So having a baby costs a lot, there's no two ways about it
If this is the type of crib that you're wanting, then it may be one to consider at this price point. You could spend more, obviously, but for the amount of time you'll actually be using something like this, I'd be looking for the best value around, which is why I posted this (Again)

Yep I've posted this before all at higher prices - £62.39, then £62.99, then £55.99 and now £53.59. (All were using eBay discount codes) This puts the price today at £9.40 lower than the highest price posted on hotukdeals. Not that, that deal was bad at the time, it's just gotten much better in the last couple of months.

Anyway, I'll bore you if I go on, I'm sure

We had one of these (different brand) for our two kids and they are so good. It's a safe way of co-sleeping and saves mum the hassle of getting out of bed (if the cot is an alternative option) to feed the wee one during the night.

These are fantastic for when the baby is new and a quiet sleeper.... One of ours had to go in a traditional basket at the end of the bed... He was always bouncing around... But the other, this was fantastic, just reach out or let them hold your finger... Everybody sleeps 💤💤💤💤💤 which is amazing.

Had a different brand, this looks to stick out even more at the bottom, no way that would have fitted without moving everything around, we had one that went straight down .... Mind you, I think it was £200.. so a £150 saving to move the bed a few inches sounds like a bargain, hot from me.

Ahh, that's good to hear some first hand experience of this one. I've posted a few times and not had much feedback on it, really.
The cost of the bigger brand ones is pretty crazy in comparison, especially when you typically don't use them for all that long.

We've been sooooooo lucky with our little girl. Aside from the night time feed stages, she does 12 hours a night without a peep. That said, she wakes up and is a total energizer bunny

We started with a basket next to the bed, then we bought a small crib locally for £20-30 (Can't remember). That lasted about 4 weeks before she was sitting upright in it So if we started with this, it would have been less messing around and we wouldn't have had to buy the basket then the small crib

Also at this price, I'd be happy to donate it after use, or sell it cheaply.

This is the kinda thing I need for my dogs. Doubt they'd stay in it though.

We had one but always put the side up for sleeping as the manual warns against adult bedding falling in, and the gap between the bed and sids etc. Was a bit of a faff putting the side up and down all the time. Moses baskets are proven to be safe, whereas it's not clear yet for co-sleepers.
Guess it comes down to a personal choice as to which way to go. We have plenty of friends who didn't even think twice about it!
