Camping with this in the UK in anything worse than drizzel and moderate wind will not be enjoyable - if its fair weather you will be fine! The polyester is rated at 2000mm (medium-high quality usually around 4000-6000) but the ground sheet is rated at 1200 (if the ground gets saturated so will you!) In heavy rain with strong winds expect rain to make it's way through the stitching. If you want a tent for more than fair weather by a good quality second hand tent - it will last longer and be much more enjoyable. You can pick up a Vango Aspen 700 for much cheaper and it will last a life time.

This is a fair assessment, based upon the specs of the tent I completely agree. If you take this camping and it doesn't rain then you'll be happy but anything more than a short downpour and you'll be getting wet. Personally I wouldn't take a gamble on this, as stated above there are far better options for the money.
Also although this "sleeps 10" that does not take into account any bags or camping equipment that you may wish to keep in a tent. More realistically this is 4-5 berth.

Honestly looks like great bang for your buck... Our main family tent is a Dometic Rarotonga, but it's total overkill for certain situations - eg when I can't get time off work and the missus and kids want to visit the grandparents who are caravaning. This looks perfect for spontaneous weekenders! I like the integrated light and it looks like if you put the divider in you get a "living" space and a bedroom that'll fit 4 reasonably well. For £200 brand new I am certainly considering it!

Rubbish tents made for the US market not UK weather. Any strong wind or heavy rain and you'll be in trouble. Also defo not a 10 person tent, not if you want to use to sort of bed.

Excellent, thanks. How long did yours last? Guess you bought the same one, how much did you pay?

H20 block technology...I hope so it is a tent after all! but it is like saying your umbrella has special tech to protect you from the rain ..

Negative comments guys but whats actually wrong with it please?

Still haven't seen a negative comment from anyone saying "I have one and this is what is wrong with it" haha! All seem to be keyboard comments!

Alas, there are none with experience giving fully evaluated reviews of what's wrong with this tent. Merely keyboard warriors professing worldly knowledge. My personal assessment would be this is a good price for a tent of this spec. I'm sure you may find better but if this suits your final needs, it wouldn't be a bad investment. I suspect those that would go for this model would be fair weather campers. But there is a market for the fair weather camper.

Does it say "2000mm water-resistant coating on rainfly for advanced water protection" in the description?

Reminder to normally divide the advertised capacity by 2 to get a more realistic pleasurable camping experience that won't result in you never talking to your partner/friends ever again.

Can someone recommend a tent that is actually good ?

    This looks a good price.

May I also recommend: for a quick setup tent which has decent specs for waterproofness and durability, the small British-made brand of tents called Slummit are meant to be decent.

They have a flash frame which are meant to be easy to put up -and- put down again, unlike pop-up tents, and they look to be pretty robust. I think they go up to 4 person, so not as big as this no doubt, but I've recently ordered one for spontaneous weekends away.

Integrated lighting is such a great idea.

I own this. It’s superb. Really does go up and down in 2 mins. Great build quality and really strong. Everyone that saw it on the site wanted one. Superb lighting built in. I’d say if you are concerned about the waterproofing of the groundsheet get a nice tarp to set it on. Paid three hundred. Will be getting another for 200
