Have one linked to the TV but also looking to put in a projector and would like to use the same system on both
^ with a 4k TV and 4k projector (edited)
Any input appreciated
also noted i have a Samsung QE75QN95BA TV , Currently PS5 connected to the TV and audio on EARC (edited)
However as can be seen here avforums.com/thr…-66 I have been experiencing the sound/video drop out - mainly on TV apps like Disney+ (wish I had known about these problems when buying)., but everything does it eventually and is ruining what is other a great TV. As per the forum Samsung seem to be denying the problem, but it seems to only be effecting some people, which makes me think it may be conflict between older tech (lower speed HDMI Ports) and newer tech.
I have changed HDMI leads to 2.1 certified ones, but still getting it - however if I turn off HDMI CEC/Anynet+ it does seem to go away, however for control issues that is not any good (I think it stops the ARC from memory so AV receiver not doing the sound).
Anyone else had any experience of this and upgraded to a newer AV model like this - hoping it might fix the problem?
Fortunately the end is in sight as with eArc it doesn't matter if you can't do the latest video formats...
A couple of weeks ago my mini amp for my PC speakers went bang after seven years use. So now my Denon is being used to power my PC speakers until I decide what to do with my PC audio. Total overkill !
Lets see, will do some testing on sunday and see if it was the sonys fault. (edited)
Peter Tyson also do trade ins.
One day I'll get a new one and part of me thinks the xbox etc should be plugged into the amp and pass through to the TV, but I like the way the TV has control over the inputs with the Samsung interface, is it clever enough to do this through the amp too and change the source? (edited)
