Just a heads up, these don't get reviewed very well, Milwaukee comes out on top every time for the nail guns. Personally, I'd rather cough up the extra for a better performing unit.

I've got the dewalt finishing nail gun which is a good few years old now, it started developing an intermittent issue where it refused to fire any nails then it would be fine, since I need it for my job I decided it was time for a new gun. Went for the milwaukee and I've got to say it's far more powerful than the dewalt but it does cost a little bit more

    This good deal..
I have this and I bought from same ffx
It’s good all brand tools are good compared with Diy tools
But my experience is not all brand tools are best at every individual tools some are good than other in some tools so I’m don’t believe brand loyalty I choose what is the best.
Now my Dewalt jigsaw needs upgrading so I go for for same because I know they make best jigsaw for my kind jobs . Thanks

Not sure about the overall value of this bundle (I haven't been looking at the 660N) but the 692N certainly seems to have been increasing quite rapidly in price recently. In Sept last year it was £215 (bare tool) from FFX on eBay with a 20% code, but since then it has gone up a lot; for example in April with a 20% code it was £270 from PowerToolMate.

I want one for building a garden room and I'm in no rush, but I'm not sure if that £215 will be seen again now.

No such thing as too many DEWALT tools

Would love one of these but don’t need two and can’t justify the cost of them single for my DIY needs

They would be used for different purposes.  One is a framing nailer and one is a finishing nailer. (edited)

I presume this is for those who prefer to dual-wield? (edited)

I’m really trying to find a reason to buy these
They would only be for general DIY so maybe overkill. I am however going to be trying to do a slatted horizontal fence in my garden soon, I planned on using wood screws but thinking one of these would be better? Any advice on buying just the one….. or just get both?

From YouTube I understand the second fix just to be small nails for finishing, making me think just get the DCN660N.
    Appreciate any helpful advice (edited)

I'd like this, but no immediate reason. Keep thinking of Snoop from The Wire, but I assure you for different uses

1st fix is for building big things, like loft conversions, roof work etc. 2nd fix if for finishing things, like architraves etc.
