Although a niche product that’s a cracking price,

Does anyone know the dimensions of the battery vs the XR 5.0ah? I know the 1.7 is quite a bit smaller than the 2.0 but for the 5.0 there’s never any mention of improved size.

    Weight:

    XR 5Ah: 1.36 lbs

This price is plus VAT but still a very good deal for the size of battery. Unfortunately postage is another £15 for Ireland or I would have bought one have enough batteries already

Excellent price, almost tempted to update. Not sure it's worth the extra £40 just yet.

Wow not much in them sizewise , Guess I’ll stick with normal battery for the time being. Needed my Dewalt Circular saw for a quick repair  job last weekemd in truth, not been used for 18 months still had 2/3 charge on its 5a battery , did the job fine.
