Absolutely. I live near this station and many stations nearby are charging 142.9 - 145.9 and some even are a charging maximum clown pricing of 160.9+ I managed to fill up at 129.9 at this place last weekend. This station is magnificent and I will travel 20 miles to fill up because where I live I won't pay 142.9 for Diesel. I will always travel there to support them even if the price is higher than the last time because Dollar Cost Averaging and all that Jazz plus these people aren't ripping everyone off. I thought I made a mistake with Diesel as I moved from Petrol to Diesel but this pricing means nope I did well. Last petrol car did 38-42 mpg and I get 55mpg+ now and for same price as Petrol. No DPF/EGR in my car so all good just killing people with pollution but that is what it is sadly.

No they get it directly from the refinery at Ellesmere port using their own tankers

£1.53 here on Skye, and that's supposedly with the Scottish island fuel discount introduced by the government, so we're being well an truly shafted.

Yeah, probably. Need to get the SNP out and then you'll see progress.

"Down to" ... Don't you mean 'Up to'? It was cheaper there until Thursday - £129.9/L ...

Most places are under £1.50 now,
To be fair to the government, when people called for longer term fixes, they were right and the prices have come right down and will continue to do so.

Not in my experience. I haven't seen one.
Chancers at a service station I pass are at 1.80.
    That really is milking it.

I only stopped to check something, didn't fill up. I just drove away laughing and shaking my head at the Muppets actually filling up. (edited)

It's a fantastic price. Thanks to other countries buying Ru$$ian oil and leaving OPEC high & dry

Three years ago and got an EV and a home charger. I will never go back to paying massive fuel taxes and lining the pockets of the oil industry. I have a cheap off-peak tariff and it costs me about £8 to charge my car for a range of 235 miles. Yes, I know that fast public chargers are expensive but, like many people, I only do a few longer trips each year so it’s not a problem.
