This wine will have had at least 12 months in oak barrels which will help round off the tannins. It is quite a big wine which will go great with a Sunday beef roast or bbq. The quality is well above your standard supermarket plonk. (edited)

How's this taste chugged from the bottle before bed whilst wondering how your life came to this?

    **Alcohol and the Buffalo Theory**

    Well it goes like this...

A herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo.
And when the herd is hunted, it is the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first.
This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members.
In much the same way, the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells.
Excessive intake of alcohol, as we know, kills brain cells. But naturally, it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first.
In this way, regular consumption of wine or beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine.

That's why you always feel smarter after a few glasses of wine 🍷 😜 🥂

**DISCLAIMER** - These views and theories are not my own, and in no way do I advocate excessive drinking. If you must drink, please be sensible, and keep it down to three bottles 🍾🍾🍾

All I drink these days is the basic non-reserva version of this, lovely wine.
