Price of beer and wine in Tirana

It will probably be much simpler to find an expat Tirana group on Facebook and ask there

I had some reasonable local beers when I was over there last summer (in the south). The prices varied from store to store quite a bit, and the bigger supermarkets weren't always the cheapest - which was a tad random. The bigger bottles are the way to go as long as you've got a fridge.

If you find some friendly locals, see about buying some proper, home made raki - it'll blow your socks off and is crazy cheap
