Dr. Oetker Pud in a Mug Rich Chocolate is a delicious sweet treat. Ready in less than 2 minutes, these quick and easy sponge puddings can be eaten straight from the mug, or poured out into a bowl and served with ice cream or custard. Just add milk.
Ingredients
Chocolate powder (28%) (sugar, cocoa powder), WHEAT flour, chocolate pieces (21%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (lecithins)), sugar, EGG white powder, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), acidity regulator (citric acid). May also contain soya, milk and nuts.
Directions
Complete powder mix requiring the addition of milk and cooking (microwaving) to produce a rich sticky toffee flavoured cake.

sorted byObviously this is faster but doing it yourself gives control of the flavour and is cheaper, and dead easy, takes 2 extra minutes.
4 tbsp self raise flour
4 tbsp caster sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 egg
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp vegetable oil
More sugar for sweetness. More cocoa for chocolate flavour, add vanilla essence, chocolate chips, sprinkles, cream on top, syrup, chopped fruit, or whatever you want to tweak it to your daily craving.
