Start listening to what your subconscious is trying to say — delve deep into your true Self by decoding your dreams!
Dreams are a universal phenomenon everybody experiences. But what are they? Why do we dream? What do they mean?

Have you ever wondered why you are having the same dream repeatedly, as if it is telling you something, but you can't just get your head around what it means?

Philosophers and thinkers have been fascinated by dreams for thousands of years.

Even now, many theories from renowned psychologists such as Freud, Jung, and the like remain.

Thanks to them, interpreting dreams has become a popular practice.

Even better, science has developed ways to use these theories to tame and control your subconscious as you undergo deep slumber.

Joanne Hedger lays out a short but fascinating read on dreaming for a peaceful sleep.

She doesn't want you to be drowned in a sea of technical terms and words. Instead, the book is a beginner-friendly tool that will allow you to go deeper into your subconscious as you explore your dreams.

Inside this must-have guide to becoming a master of your own dreams, you will discover:

  • A more insightful understanding of sleep and why humans need it – understand why you need to expose your vulnerable body for hours while you sleep
  • A closer look at your subconscious and how it serves as a storage of sorts for all the things that make you "you" – discover why it is more powerful than you think!
  • What dreams are, and why people have them – answer the many questions you have (and haven’t even thought of) about this common yet mysterious phenomenon
  • A brief timeline of the history of dream analysis – from Biblical references to ancient civilizations, and how the schools of thought have developed over time
  • How dreams shape society and cultures from around the world – get to know the different communities that see dreams as part of their traditions and a way of life
  • Truths behind common dream myths – unlearn what your grandparents told you about your recurring dreams, and get the facts straight
  • How to correctly interpret and analyze your dream with an easy-to-follow step-by-step guide – familiarize yourself with the process and start decoding and controlling your dreams right away!
And much more!

Dreams have meaning, and understanding what they mean can be extremely life-changing and eye-opening.

I wonder if they mention that sometimes the answer is to stop eating lots of cheese right before bed 😁

    Heat added.

My wife regularly appears in my dreams and always giving me a hard time. I've analysed these dreams and it's clear that she's not happy with the £500 a month accessories budget. (edited)
