Nice post, great price.

Just note that this is the Lite version which is made in China. The regular ones are built in the UK.

You mean asembled in the UK. Years ago I worked for a competitor and we would often take Dualit toasters apart to look inside. Creative marketing to say the least. Ours weren't much better and were also branded as "Made in UK". The only thing that was made in the UK was the metalwork and plastic knobs.

I use to swear by these toasters now swear at it as I bought this model for both me and my partner at the same time and both toaster same issue uneven cooking. It's fine but expect to do a fair amount of flipping through

I was lucky enough to grab one used on facebook marketplace for a fiver from someone who didn't know what they had.

Very expensive for what it offers. After ours stopped working, we switched to a Bosch that was half the cost and much happier.
