Got one for free in a promotion couple of years ago. Sounds awful. Avoid and buy a cheap Anker one off Amazon

Warning- no battery. This product, for the people out of the loop, uses a standard toolkit battery and charger system from ErBaurer- a high capacity battery that swaps into other portable tools, I assume. Those workers into the Erbaurer ecosystem seem to like it.

But without a mains option, or ability to use any other industry standard battery, this is a specialist item- obviously.

Why oh why would they sell this with a socket plug for it to work with?!

It's a reasonable speaker. Not a lot of depth or bass, but waterproof and loud. (edited)

I’ve got this, sound isn’t great but it seems tough and will survive knocks more than the domestic stuff

Silly me I thought it's a car battery charger

Any other batteries easy compatible with this, I have Bauker and einhell, don't fancy another investment but this looks good!

All my tools are einhell, only my dab radio is Makita. All you need is 2 wires and any 18v battery - 5min job with crimping tool and you end up with perfectly working radio running of 18V. I've done my like that almost 2 years ago and never had any problems.

Screwfix seem to be offline ATM
Probably forced off line by the stampede of people rushing to buy it since posting here (edited)

Decent, robust speaker goes pretty loud but not the heaviest bass. No radio but with all the apps on phone doesnt matter to me. If you use Erbauer 18V cordless tools it’s a no brainer to get one at this price
