Vision Express £30 with scan

Boots £30 without, £65 with!!

I'm in late 30's and opted for Vision express OCT scan option 6 months when last due. It picked up a couple of minor issues they definitely wouldnt have spotted otherwise and I've been referred to specialist eye clinic. Given the value of or sight and the low cost of the test I would 100% have it for peace of mind....

I paid £20 at SS last week Inc OCT scan. Probably depends on the branch. That's usually the reason companies don't disclose prices on their website.

If you're under 60 and have no family history of ocular conditions, it's not that important

Most people with certain medical aliments (diabetes being one) will get a free eye test. OCT is separate though - that is not included in the free test.

Personally, I always pay for the OCT as it is kept on record and compared to the last/previous ones.
